Shipping 

For Cyprus orders, order before 12pm to receive it on the same day. 

To exchange your product, you should mail your product, either using the travel express services , to Travel Express office, Kilkis & Kitiou corner Larnaka, 6015, Cyprus or to 3 Etoloakarnanias, Pyla 7081, Larnaca, Cyprus using any other courier services.

For European countries, delivery might vary from 5-7 business days. For Non-EU countries, delivery usually takes 14-21 days to be delivered. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
